We are looking for a Human Resources Manager at a Resort to join our team and take responsibility for comprehensive HR management in a dynamic hospitality environment. The person in this role will be a key partner for the resort's management, supporting the development of personnel strategy, recruitment, training, employee development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and offboarding. The HR Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, conducting workforce analysis, monitoring HR performance indicators, and supporting an organizational culture based on the company's values.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, and a strategic approach to human resources management. Knowledge of labor law, conflict resolution skills, and experience in effective recruitment and training processes are required.
